Normal W = Height in cm - 100
Ideal W = Normal W - 10% of Normal W.

My Target :

NW = 153 - 100 = 53 kg
IW = 53 - 5.3 = 47.70 kg.

Jom masak-masak untuk Atkins Diet...

Sup Ikan Merah Power...

Bahan-bahan :

Isi ikan merah 2 keping
Bawang merah kecil 2 biji - hiris
Bawang putih 1 biji - hiris
Serbuk sup 1/2 sudu
Lada hitam 10-15 biji (ikut suka) - pecahkan
Garam

Cara masak:

Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan lada hitam. Dah garing/wangi masukkan serbuk sup. Then masukkan air. Bila dah mendidih masukkan isi ikan, biar hingga masak dan perasan dengan garam. Boleh letak 1/2 kiub ikan bilis jika suka. Hidang dengan hirisan daun sup.

Total carb : +- 8g. Boleh masak menu ni jika yakin baki harian carb banyak lg. Kalau agak2 tinggal 2-3g jer, tok sah ler..huhuhu
